Scholarship & Career Development
On August 17, 2025, Mụta Empowerment Initiative awarded scholarships to 74 Igbo girls in Nnewi, Anambra State, supporting students across secondary and tertiary education. Selected based on academic merit and financial need, recipients received funding to help offset tuition and educational expenses.
In 2026, Mụta awarded 20 new scholarships and renewed 20 scholarships for students from the previous cohort, providing ₦100,000 per student to support their post-secondary education.
Mụta also launched its career and professional-development programming in 2026, reaching more than 60 participants through training on LinkedIn, personal branding, networking, workplace readiness, and professional development.
Women’s Entrepreneurship Grant Program
In September 2026, Mụta completed its inaugural Women’s Entrepreneurship Grant Program, supporting 20 women entrepreneurs with non-repayable grants of ₦150,000 each, alongside practical training in financial management, digital tools, sales, and business growth.
